Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Factor Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and data science, as well as experience in the electricity trading industry.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and implementing machine learning models to improve our trading strategies and risk management.
• Analyzing historical data to identify trends and patterns.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of machine learning models.
• Communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest machine learning and data science techniques.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or data science.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills and experience:

• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Plotly.
